Affiliate

DRAFT: checked, but not legal advice.

We may receive a fee when you buy something through a link. It costs you nothing extra.

How it works

Hintje is free and has no ads. When you click a shop link on a wish, the link first passes our server and then goes to the shop. For shops we are a partner of, the link gets a partner code. If you then buy something, the shop may pay us a small fee. Your price stays the same.

AFFILIATE PROGRAMMES: list of the shops and networks Hintje is a partner of. No programme is active yet; the bol Partnerprogramma is being applied for. Update once a programme is active.

What we do and don't do

• We send no personal data to shops or affiliate networks.
• We only count anonymously that a link was clicked: which link, which shop and when. Without IP address, browser details or account. We keep those counts for 13 months.
• If a pasted link already contains another website's partner code, we remove it. We only add our own code to links to shops we are a partner of.
• After the redirect the shop or affiliate network may set its own cookies. Their own privacy policy applies to that.

Read more about your data in the privacy policy.
